Hi Jenny,
Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you so much for all your hard work in putting together our latest trip. You’ve always done us proud with the trips you’ve sourced and organised and you truly excelled yourself this time. We had the most fantastic time, the Hotel Gritti Palace, as you promised was perfect for us, great location, great service and – thanks to you at a great price. The Orient Express was an unforgettable experience and you made it all so easy for us.
As always, thank you for pulling together such wonderful trips for us.
Warmest regards

I’m delighted to put together this testimonial for Jenny. Jenny has, over the years, helped put together some outstanding holidays for us and she truly excelled herself with our latest trip.
We’ve just returned from a fabulous 5 days in Venice returning via the Orient Express. Jenny recommended we stay at the Gritti Palace Hotel and secured us a fabulous deal – what a treat that turned out to be, perfect location, perfect service all at a great price. She also recommended some ‘off the beat tours’ which we loved.
Jenny took care of the all the details for us, her personal contacts, professional and friendly approach ensured that this truly was a holiday of a lifetime for us.
We look forward to booking our next trip with Jenny very soon – we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Sri Lanka Tour & Kuredu | Sri Lanka | Reviewed 31 Oct 2013
Well where do I begin? Everything was wonderful, the scenery, the food, the people, the hotels and the elephants, the seaplane amazing and Kuredu O resort deserves 5 star.
The chefs were very helpful with Ian's garlic allergy. A highlight of this part of the trip was our driver took us to Millenium Park which is a small charity that looks after elephants Ian rode on one and I fed her and then we went in the river and washed a huge bull elephant that was lying on his side snoring, amazing experience! The drive up to the tea growing area was amazing, the scenery stunning with waterfalls around every corner. The Tea Factory hotel was the highlight of the stay it was fabulous they have managed to keep it true to its origins but combine it with a lovely hotel. The staff were brilliant, the chefs prepared Ian completely separate meals with no garlic. The scenery from every part of the hotel and terraces and grounds was spectacular. It deserves to be a 5 star. The flight over to Male was very good and the seaplane brilliant with amazing views of all the different islands. Kuredu was lovely and although it is a larger island we sat on the beach in front of our villa and hardly saw anyone else. The water is turquoise and the sand pure white, we saw baby sharks, rays, lobsters huge Napolean Bass and shoals of big long silver fish all from the beach. The All inclusive was very good we could have drinks from any of the six bars on the island, we could also eat lunch at any of the restaurants, you needed to book on the day if you wanted to have dinner in any other restaurant apart from your designated one. The Sangu restaurant near the water villas is small and quite difficult to get in though. Also you can get a 20% discount at the A La Carte restaurants which need to be pre-booked also. On my birthday we went to The Beach and had amazing huge prawns and the most tender steak.
Thank-you so much for arranging our trip which we will remember always.

I recently booked a holiday to Ibizia for my boyfriend and I via Jackie. We originally had looked around online and couldn’t find a decent hotel for any reasonable price. After asking Jackie to look she came back with several options, all which were fantastic and at a far better price than we had found anywhere else. We didn’t have to lift a finger until the day we went to the airport, other than to type in our card details for payment! The hotel was lovely and in a fantastic location. Jackie answered all the questions that we had very quickly and it is obvious that she is very good at what she is doing! In future I won’t be bothering to spend hours looking around online or trailing round travel agents and will just go straight to Jackie!

If you are a fussy traveller and cannot make up their mind easily, then Olivia is the Travel Consultant for you! I explained to Olivia the kind of holiday I was looking for and she expertly advised me on a select few hotels in Dubai. She even pre booked our seats on the plane and organised all our e-tickets and sent to us. All I had to do was hand over payment - I found Olivia to be more than efficient, excellent telephone man at and the patient of a saint.
We have since booked a Girly weekend trip with Olivia for this week and feel we no longer need to scour the Internet looking for our perfect trip when we have Olivia's number.
I cannot recommend her professionalism and knowledge enough.
