We would like to say thank you so much for arranging our Golden Wedding Anniversary holiday to Egypt. Everything went very well and definitely lived up to our expectations, not least because of all the little extras that you organised. We will always be recommending you.

You came highly recommended to me just 2 hours ago and you have more than surpassed my expectations! I am absolutely delighted, and amazed, that you could get me a seat on Emirates tomorrow morning in the midst of all the cancelled flights due to the snow here in England. Thank you so much for jumping on it so fast and making the process hassle free. I have crucially important meetings in Dubai, not to mention Christmas Day celebrations and a birthday party planned with dear friends. That would have been very disappointing to have missed. I will not hesitate to recommend you to colleagues, clients and friends. Thank you so much for saving my trip!

Fab break to Barcelona.Could easily spend another day here. I'm so glad I came back with the family. We've had very busy days and lovely evenings. The hotel is perfect; thanks for suggesting. Great location, lovely staff, gorgeous breakfast, luxury rooms. Love love love it.

I first met Jack Leaf when he was working for Abercrombie & Kent where he arranged some superb holidays for the Sayers family. His attention to detail and instinctive knowledge of what would work for us as a family as he got to know us better was invaluable. He works from home and is available at any time apparently. Yesterday I went online to book a room at the Bristol in Paris for September and then remembered Jack. I thought that I should put the business his way, even if he only made a few pounds. Jack saved us 80 euros on the published rate, got breakfast included and has secured me a guaranteed upgrade.

We really wanted to say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU Jenny for everything you did in arranging our perfect Holiday and renewal of our Vows at Sandals Le Source Grenada. The best thing we ever did was call that number on Teletext over 15 yrs ago and book a holiday with you. Since then you have arranged the best holidays we have ever had. Nothing is too much trouble for you and I know I can be a pain as I have been in the Hotel Industry all my working life. We did not think it could get any better until you suggested we go to Grenada. Then to top it off you suggested we renew our Wedding Vows after 15 years of marriage and to celebrate Ken’s 80th Birthday. Not only that but as a gift you personally paid for the renewal of vows as a Thank you for all the recommendations we have given you ! It was such a kind thing to do and we really do appreciate it. It also turned out to be one of the best days of our life! The Hotel did an amazing job. We certainly would not hesitate in recommending the Hotel to anyone and I hope the review sums up our experience. We also want to thank you for talking to the Manager, Peter Fraser prior to our arrival and arranging the Champagne and Card in our Room. He was there to greet us and we were made to feel like VIP’s. We always tell everyone that you are the best Travel Agent and they should choose you over a high street chain. We will certainly continue to always book with you and look forward to our next holiday in Dominican Republic before going back to Grenada!
